Sheet Pan Chicken, Potato, and Green Bean Bake

Prep Time: 10 minutes max
Cook Time: 35–40 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved (or i simply dice up a potato for each person eating. If they are small potatoes, use two per person)
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 packet Italian dressing dry mix
  • One stick butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for an easy cleanup.

2. Line your chicken breasts down the middle of the pan. Drain and lay the green beans two one side of the chicken. Peel, cut into bite-size pieces, and wash your potatoes. Line them down the other side of the pan.

3. Take your packet of dry mix and sprinkle it all over the chicken, green beans, and potatoes. Gently mix each ingredient separately to make sure everything is coated!

4. Lay slices of butter all over your pan, cover with foil, poke holes with a fork in foil, and bake till chicken is done all the way through and potatoes are soft enough to bite and enjoy

See why I love this recipe? Super easy, very little prep, and you can change it however you need! This week is a perfect example: I am making it this week but with carrots instead of green beans! When you don’t have one ingredient, just use another! All veggies can be mixed around. Don’t have chicken? Use pork chops, pork loin, steaks, fish, the list goes on! Don’t have the dry seasoning packet? Use your own mixture! My go to is garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ginger, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper!

I hope you enjoyed this! Thank you for reading! If you try this recipe out, please tell me what you think! Have more ideas hof how to change this up? Please share! I love new ideas!

Here’s a bonus recipe for you! A great homemade ice cream recipe that you can also take away from and add to to make your own!
